About us:
Vejers Strand Camping is a beautiful natural campsite in the dunes down to Vejers Strand. The campsite was state-owned and leased for more than 40 years.
In 2020, the campsite was bought by siblings Lene Grønlund and Steen Slaikjær, who also run Hvidbjerg Strand Feriepark and Skagen Sydstrand Camping.
Service buildings and facilities
Between 2020 and 2024, all service and sanitary buildings at the campsite have been renovated with kitchens, showers, family rooms, baby spaces, disabled facilities, coin laundry, outdoor fish cleaning station, toilets and cosy outdoor areas with barbecue area. The grocery store has a new bakery and ice-cream parlour.
In 2022, the playground was upgraded with new playground equipment and climbing frames for the enjoyment of children and young minds.
At the campsite you can park your motorhome, caravan, van or tent in the dunes and stay in the middle of nature. A short walk takes you to the beach, and in Vejers it is possible to bring your car, motorhome or van to the beach, so you can get close to the roaring North Sea.
Vanlife
In 2021, Van Life & Barbeque was organised for the first time, inviting all van lifers and campers to a weekend that focuses on the freedom and opportunities that life with a van gives you. There will be music and food in the tent, exhibitors, food trucks and much more on site and of course many other Van Life enthusiasts. Find the dates for the next Van Life & Barbeque event here.

Beach Cabins
In 2023, the 5 cabins - Beach Cabins - on site were renovated and it is now possible to book one of our Beach Cabins.
